Privacy notice
Rush Lodge #715 F&AM respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you use our contact or interested in joining forms, we collect the details you enter: your name, your email address, your phone number (if you choose to add one), and your message. A message sent from the joining form is recorded as a membership inquiry.
Information collected automatically
To help protect the site from spam and abuse, we record the internet (IP) address and browser information sent by your device when you submit a form.
How we use your information
We use your details to receive and reply to your message. Form submissions are sent to the lodge Secretary, who handles inquiries. We also use the automatically collected information, a hidden anti-spam field, and short-term rate limiting to keep the forms free of automated abuse. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How we store and protect it
Submissions are stored securely in our database (hosted by Supabase) on servers located in the United States, and access is restricted to lodge administrators and the Secretary through database security rules. We deliver notification emails through our email provider (Resend).
Cookies and your device
If you sign in, we use an essential cookie to keep you signed in; it is not used for tracking. Your light or dark theme choice is saved on your own device. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
How long we keep your information
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our records.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it, email our Secretary at [email protected].
